Kin San Tai Chi - Meditation in Motion

(11 September 2009)

The continuity of its movements, combined with the devotion of one's undivided attention, heal and revitalize both the body and mind. That is basically what Kin San Tai Chi is all about.

Tai Chi movement for your health improvement

Originally derived from Yang style Tai Chi Chuan, its gentle movements convey to the modern world the essence of a tradition once born in ancient China. It is a gentle art of health and well-being for people of all ages and health conditions.

This style of Tai Chi emphasises greater stretching and turning in each of the movements in order to gain the benefits more effectively. The slow, graceful movements increase strength and flexibility and improve balance and circulation.

In March, both in The Hague and Wassenaar there will be new beginner classes of Kin San Tai Chi where a committed instructor will teach you the basic principles known as the 'foundations' and the 108 movements, which constitute the 'set'.

You can also give it a try at one of the free introductory sessions:

Tuesday March 9 and 16 at 20:00 in the gym of the Den Deylschool, Fabritiuslaan 2.

The Hague
