The ABC Treehut (Lange Poten 23) is launching the book  Save the Last Dance for Me by Harry Zevenbergen on Sunday 14 February 14, at 17:00,  with performances by Harry Zevenbergen, Zsuzsa Jonas and other guests.

On Valentine´s day De Witte Uitgeverij launches ´Save the last dance for me´. A selection of translated works from his three Dutch collections, plus poems that are directly written in English.

Harry Zevenbergen is a Dutch poet and performer. He appeared on the most diverse stages from street festivals, pubs, literary events, to theatres, rock venues and pop- and folk festivals in the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Scotland and (Northern) Ireland. He performs solo and with his poetry band D.O.M. (www.myspace.com/dompoetry) that mixes spoken word with folk music and electro pop.

From may 2007 to 2009 he was the official city poet of Den Haag. He published three Dutch collections Punk in Rhenen (2005), Paal in Wegdek (2009) and Vakantiethuis.nl (2009) and was the (co-)editor of several anthologies.
