The Fair annually attracts between 2,000 - 4,000 visitors, securing its position as one of the biggest International events of the year. This year, the Fair anticipates the participation of around 150 organisations, and an attendance in keeping with the success of previous years.
Whilst the annual event is an absolute must for newcomers to The Hague region, it is also useful for locals and longer-term Expats. The Fair also provides the perfect opportunity for the participating organisations to reach out to the International population in the region, which is currently estimated at around 60,000.
Feel at Home in The Hague - The International Community Fair 2011 was initiated 6 years ago by Billy Allwood, Director of TheHagueOnLine, for the Expat and International community of The Hague region to discover all there is to do in their free time. The Fair has always been an invaluable source of information and inspiration to its visitors. It has also encouraged visitors to make new contacts, connect with locals and other Expats in the area and expand their social network.
