The Nederlands Danstheater (NDT), the renowned modern ballet company based in The Hague, is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a series of films on dance. The first, premiered last Sunday at the Filmhuis, is a documentary comparing the lives of two present-day female dancers and two male dancers from the early days. The series, ‘Captured on Film’ also includes films of performances and interviews with leading choreographers.
