From October 8, Omniversum will show Wild Canada, a breathtaking large screen film about the beautiful nature, the bears and other residents of the Canadian nature park Great Bear Rainforest. An unforgettable experience on the 840 m² dome screen of the Hague film theater.
In the Great Bear Rainforest not only live grizzly bears, wolves, sea otters and humpback whales, but also the rare white spirit bears. Together with the First Nations peoples, they have been living for thousands of years in this overwhelming landscape where mountains and misty rainforests mirror in crystal clear lakes. Hidden from the outside world it is one of the most beautiful untouched places on earth.
Begin an exciting journey through this land of mother bear Mox, a spirit bear. We see how she looks for food for her young, competing with black bears and wolves. Salmon swim upstream and try to stay out of the clutches of hungry bears. Eagles look us in the eye in full flight. In the ocean, otters, sea lions and humpback whales swim and jump happily around. And who will keep it dry when the accommodation of mother and small bear disappears in a mud stream and the two go looking for a new home?
Thanks to the special projection technique and the sublime sound system, Wild Canada immerses you in a magical world. A total experience for young and old.
