Supermarket Albert Heijn has recalled packs of smoked, thin pork fillets because of fears that they are not suitable for consumption.

They could, reports NOS, be dangerous for pregnant women, old people, and those with compromised immune systems.

The products are dated 25th July and 30th July. Customers are asked to return any of these packages to the shops for a refund.

They are, in Dutch, described as ‘AH gerookte varkensfilet flinterdun’.
