The management of the The Hague City Walk and the Scheveningen Light Walk has been handed over to to Golazo Sports Netherlands. The event, under different organisers, came from years of experience in the organisation of running and cycling events. In 2018, Golazo Sports started adding hiking events to its portfolio, including the City Pier Night Walk.
The next logical step
The transfer of The Hague City Walk and the Scheveningen Light Walk to Golazo Sports is a logical step. The former managers, Truus van Amstel and Saskia van Amstel, will continue to be closely involved in a consultative role through these projects. “In recent years we have met and organised these events, so we are convinced that the continuity of the events is guaranteed through the cooperation with Golazo Sports”. Mario Kadiks, director of Golazo Sports Netherlands, also says that he is very pleased with this expansion. “We want to get people moving every day and with these beautiful walking events we can reach an even broader target group”.
