Do you need a new passport, ID card or driver’s license or do you want to declare a birth? From 1 July you can go to the City Offices Center and Escamp for these and other services. Information and Assistance Points are available at the other six district offices.

If you have an appointment, the desk staff will try to help you within 5 minutes.

From 1 July, you can visit the following offices on the following days and times at city center: Centrum (Stadhuis):

  • Monday and Thursday: noon – 8 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9.30 am – 4.30 pm

From July 1st you can visit the Escamp city office (Leyweg) by appointment on the following days and times:

  • Monday and Thursday: 9.30 am – 4.30 pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 12 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Can’t make an appointment? Then on Monday and Thursday between 8.30 am and 9.30 am you can go to the free walk-in at Escamp city office. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays you can go to the free walk-in at the City Office Center between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM.

District Information and Assistance Points

The district offices of Haagse Hout, Laak, Leidschenveen-Ypenburg, Loosduinen, Scheveningen and Segbroek will have an information and help function from 1 July. You can go here for information about municipal services, help with making an appointment and digitally requesting a product.
